1. Requirements: pls kindly provide reference pictures, approximate dimensions of length, width and height, and design;
2. Sculpting model: according to the design draft, transfer to the mold factory to sculpt the gypsum mold;
3. Casting model: sand casting mold;
4. Semi finished samples: the mold is used for foaming semi-finished samples;
5. Finished product processing: send the semi-finished product samples back to the mold factory for painting mold;
6. Delivery: the painting mold is used for coloring the finished product.
