PU Rigid Polyurethane Foam
Polyurethane hard foam is prepared by reacting hard foam polyether polyol (polyurethane hard foam combination polyether, also known as white material) with polymerized MDI (also known as black material). It is mainly used to prepare rigid polyurethane foam plastic, which is widely used in refrigerator, cold storage, spraying, solar energy, thermal pipeline, building and other fields.
PU polyurethane soft foam
According to the degree of softness and hardness, that is, the load-resistant function, polyurethane soft foam can be divided into ordinary soft foam, super soft foam, high load-bearing soft foam, high rebound soft foam, etc. among them, high rebound soft foam and high load-bearing soft foam are generally used to manufacture cushion and mattress. According to the different production processes, polyurethane soft foam can be divided into block soft foam and molded soft foam. Block soft foam is a large volume foam produced by continuous process and then cut into the required shape of foam products. Molded soft foam is a foam product that is directly mixed with raw materials and injected into the mold through gap process to be foamed into the required shape.
